Scope

When outfitting a call centre, the primary challenge lies in ensuring that employees seated next to each other can work comfortably without causing disruptions during phone conversations.

In 2017, we outfitted the office building with, among other things, acoustic call centre stations and other necessary office equipment, such as employee chairs, cabinets, monitor holders, media ports and more.

The entire project was aimed at creating a friendly and efficient working environment for the call centre employees.
